Caption styles
Describe the captions you want. Get a style you can reuse.
Pick one of eight presets, or tell the AI style composer what you have in mind: a few words, a dictated note or a screenshot of captions you like. It asks what it needs to know and builds the style, motion and glow included.

Four ways to get the look right
Captions carry most of a Short for viewers watching on mute. The Captions page gives you a starting point, a way to explain what you want, and a place to keep it.
Start from a preset
Pop, Karaoke, Box, Cinema, Spotlight, Comic, Typewriter and Marker. Open any of them and change the font, colors, size and background box.
Describe it in words
Type or dictate the look you are after. The composer asks follow-up questions when something is unclear, then builds the style, including how words move and glow.
Or show it a screenshot
Seen captions you like in someone else's video? Send a screenshot and the composer builds a style close to it.
Save it and place it
Save a style to reuse it on the next Short, then drag the captions on the preview and resize them so they sit clear of faces and on-screen text.
From an idea to captions on every clip
Styles live on the Captions page and apply to your Shorts like any preset.
Open the Captions page
Pick a preset to start from, or open the AI style composer.
Describe, answer, adjust
Write, dictate or attach a screenshot, answer the composer's questions, then fine-tune the result by hand.
Save and apply
Save the style, apply it to your Shorts and move the captions where they read best.
