Clip Agent
Say what is wrong with the clip. The agent fixes it.
Clip Agent is a chat inside the clip editor. Type or dictate a change, like cutting the slow intro or moving the captions above the face, and it edits the clip on the timeline in front of you. Dubbing and voicing the hook wait for you to confirm.
- Type or dictate the edit
- Trims, captions, framing, B-roll
- Dub and hook voice after you confirm
- Undo and redo every change

Ask for an edit…
What you can ask for
The agent works with the same tools as the editor panels, so a request in the chat ends in the same edit you could make by hand.
Timing and pacing
Trim the start or end, cut a slice out of the middle, or remove the silences in this clip.
Captions and text
Fix a misheard word, change the caption style or position, turn captions on or off, add AI emoji, or place a text overlay.
Frame, B-roll, voice
Switch the layout, add stock or AI B-roll at a moment, start or update a dub, and voice the hook.
Open a clip. Ask in the Agent tab.
The chat sits next to the preview, so you see each edit land before you ask for the next one.
- 01
Open the Agent tab
Open any clip from a project in the editor and switch to Agent. The agent already knows the clip's transcript and current edits.
- 02
Type or dictate
Write the change or press the mic and say it. Dictation is free on every plan, up to 60 seconds per recording.
- 03
Watch the edit land
Quick edits apply straight away and show on the preview and timeline. The reply lists what changed.

Confirm, keep or undo
Dubbing or voicing the hook shows a confirm card first. Anything you do not like is one undo away, by hand or by asking.
Dubbing and voicing wait for your OK
A dub or a hook voice is a paid AI run that takes a while. For those the agent stops and asks.
- A confirm card in the chat
- Starting a dub, applying dubbed lines or voicing the hook appears as a card in the chat. Nothing runs until you press Confirm.
- Long jobs follow in the chat
- When a dub is running, the agent shows its progress in the conversation and you can keep editing.
- Undo and redo
- Every agent edit goes into the editor's history, the same as a change made in the panels.
- Review stays yours
- The agent edits the clip; it does not publish it. You save, render and choose what goes to YouTube or TikTok.
